Although many potential buyers and sellers are worried about the state of the market, we still saw over 160 pending condo sales during April. This is great news for anyone that’s eager to make a move.

Although the market as a whole remains strong, certain areas in Hudson County saw more activity than others. Hoboken alone had 23 condos go under contract, followed closely by North Bergen with 16 condos. Other popular areas include Bayonne, Union City, and Jersey City Heights.

Home prices also remained steady throughout April. The average asking price for all pending condos was around $539,392, while the highest price was a whopping $2,695,000.
