Uncover Hudson County’s Top-Selling Listings for March

As we continue to monitor the impact that current events will have on Hudson County real estate, it’s important to stay informed and plan for the future. Believe it or not, many buyers and sellers are still entering the market, and you won’t want to miss some of the top-selling listings for March.

Want to keep up with the latest housing updates and real estate trends? The Living on the Hudson Team’s monthly updates provide all the stats you need to know. And if you’re searching for more detailed information, our buying and selling guides can get you on the right track.

Did you miss out on our last blog post? If so, here are a few market stats you should know: the average sales value in Hoboken for March 2020 decreased by just 3.4% since last year, which puts it at $834,516. In Jersey City, the average sales value for March 2020 decreased by a mere .4% since last year, which now makes it $774,140. These slight decreases are to be expected, especially when you take the ongoing global health crisis into consideration. However, we aren’t seeing any sizable drops—and that’s great news for buyers and sellers alike.

Now that you’re up-to-date on the latest stats, here’s our round-up of Hudson County’s top-selling listings for March.
