Active Hoboken Condos
- There are 545 Active Hoboken condos for sale with an average listing price of $528,075. Average days on the market: 82 Days
Since March 1st, 235 new Hoboken condos came on the market for sale with an average listing price of $521,208.
- Active Hoboken Studio Condos: 20 condos for sale with an average listing price of $366,079. 144 days on the market.
- Active Hoboken 1 Bedroom Condos: 204 condos for sale with an average listing price of $382,182. 75 days on the market.
- Active Hoboken 2 Bedroom Condos: 259 condos for sale with an average listing price of $570,116. 81 days on the market.
- Active Hoboken 3+ Bedroom Condos: 62 condos for sale with an average listing price of $884,739. 87 days on the market.
Pending Hoboken Condos
- There are 189 Hoboken condos under contract waiting to close with an average listing price of $522,763. Average days on the market: 78 Days. Final sales prices of these units will not be published until they close.
- Pending Hoboken Studio Condos: 5 condos under contract with an average listing price of $271,198. 78 days on the market.
- Pending Hoboken 1 Bedroom Condos: 50 condos under contract an average listing price of $364,389. 61 days on the market.
- Pending Hoboken 2 Bedroom Condos: 112 condos under contract with an average listing price of $541,707. 90 days on the market.
- Pending Hoboken 3+ Bedroom Condos: 22 condos under contract with an average listing price of $843,434. 22 days on the market.
Sold Hoboken Condos 3/1/10 to 3/31/10
- 51 Hoboken condos sold between 3/1/10 & 3/31/10 with average listing price of $523,575. The average sales price of these sold Hoboken condos were $501,641. Average days on the market: 85 Days
- Sold Hoboken Studio Condos: No studios sold in March.
- Sold Hoboken 1 Bedroom Condos: 11 condos sold with an average listing price of $348,178 and an averages sales price of $332,045. 70 days on the market.
- Sold Hoboken 2 Bedroom Condos: 31 condos sold with an average listing price of $524,309 and an average sales price of $505,112. 76 days on the market.
- Sold Hoboken 3+ Bedroom Condos: 9 condos sold with an average listing price of $735,421 and an average sales price of $696,966. 137 days on the market.
Expired Hoboken Condos
- These are Hoboken condos which were on the market for sale and did not sell during the term of the listing agreement. 40 Hoboken condos came off of the market in the past 30 days with an average listing price of $500,051. Days on the market: 165 Days
Hoboken Waterfront Condo Update
- Harborside Lofts: 7 Active condos, 0 units under contract, 0 units sold since 3/1/10.
- Hudson Tea Building: 23 Active condos, 5 units under contract, 0 units sold since 3/1/10.
- 2 Constitution Court: 4 Active condos, 2 units under contract, 1 unit sold since 3/1/10.
- Maxwell Place: 21 Active condos, 3 units under contract, 2 units sold since 3/1/10.
- The W Hotel & Residences: 4 Active condos, 0 units under contract, 0 units sold since 3/1/10.
****The above data may not reflect all of the units that may be available or that have sold in these Hoboken waterfront buildings. Toll Brothers which represents Harborside Lofts, the Hudson Tea Building, and Maxwell Place does not place all of their condos in the Hudson County MLS for sale and does not report all of their sales through the MLS either. Neither does the Applied Companies, the developer of the W Hotel in Hoboken.
