Hudson County Luxury: Come Explore January’s Top-Selling Condos

Are you thinking about listing your Hudson County condo this spring? Even though we’re still a few months away from the busiest selling season of the year, now is the time to start preparing. If you’re not sure where to start, don’t worry—we have all the information you need to know about January’s top-selling condos.

Don’t forget to visit our blog each month for our latest housing updates, which feature all the current statistics that you should know. If you’re searching for more detailed information, our buying and selling guides are here to help get you on the right track.

Did you miss out on our last blog post? If so, here are a few market stats you should know: the average sales value in Hoboken for January 2020 decreased by just 1.6% since last year, which puts it at $844,294. In Jersey City, the average sales value for January 2020 decreased by a mere 1.5% since last year, which now makes it $768,873. Although we’re seeing slight decreases during this time of year, January is always one of the slowest months for real estate, and it won’t be long before the market picks up for spring.

Now that you’re up-to-date on the latest stats, here’s our list of Hudson County’s top-selling condos for January.
