For a quick refresher on condo sales last year compared to the current data, take a look at these numbers: In Hoboken, the average sales value for November 2018 decreased 1.1% since last November, now standing at $712,000. In Jersey City, the average sales value for November 2018 decreased 5.14% since last November, now standing at $710,500.
