Check Out the Highest Selling Condos in Hudson County

If you didn’t already know, now is a great time to sell your Hudson County condo. Our recent August 2017 Market Report for real estate activity in the area detailed all the reasons why you should sell your condo right now.

To recap, the average sales value of a Hoboken condo is $866,163 (a 15% increase from this time last year) while the average sales value for a Downtown Jersey City condo is $794,032 (an 11% increase from August of 2016).
