The Most Expensive Condo Sales in Hudson County

Thanks to high demand and low inventory, the market for Hudson County condominiums is hot! If you haven’t had a chance to read our May 2017 real estate market report, here’s a recap: The average sales value is $780,387 for Hoboken condos and $808,481 for Downtown Jersey City condos, with little room for negotiation in both markets. In addition, condominiums are selling over asking price; the average sales price to list price ratio is 100.41% for Hoboken condos and 100.25% for Downtown Jersey City condos.

Luxury condominiums, too, are selling for top dollar in Hudson County. Let’s take a look at which properties recently sold for the most money in the following areas.

Hoboken: 110 Park Ave. Unit 1; sold over ask for $2,610,000 on 5/9/17. ($815/sq. ft.)
