Top Selling Condos in Hudson County, NJ

I wrote last week about how real estate values in Hoboken and Downtown Jersey City continue to rise. This week, we’ll be looking at the most recent data for the highest selling condominiums in the Hudson County area.

May 2015 top Hudson County condo sales increased in the last few months. Many of these areas saw higher selling prices last month than in the March 2015 top condo sales report and the April 2015 Hudson County condo market update. Let’s take a look at the condos that sold for the most money in May.

Highest Condo Sales for May 2015

Hoboken: 1125 Maxwell Lane Unit 1201, Maxwell Place; sold for $2,700,000 on 5/19/15. ($1,410/sq. ft.)

Weehawken: 518 Gregory Ave. Unit B407, Gregory Commons; sold for $540,000 on 5/26/15. ($386/sq. ft.)

Union City: 140 36th St. Unit 202; sold for $455,000 on 5/29/2015. ($367/sq. ft.)
