Active Hoboken Condos

  • There are 527 Active Hoboken condos for sale with an average listing price of $566,674. Average days on the market: 80 Days

In the past 30 days, 163 new Hoboken condos came on the market for sale with an average listing price of $533,515.

  • Active Hoboken Studio Condos: 19 condos for sale with an average listing price of $340,678. 79 days on the market.
  • Active Hoboken 1 Bedroom Condos: 158 condos for sale with an average listing price of $391,819. 71 days on the market.
  • Active Hoboken 2 Bedroom Condos: 284 condos for sale with an average listing price of $591,229. 81 days on the market.
  • Active Hoboken 3+ Bedroom Condos: 66 condos for sale with an average listing price of $944,666. 100 days on the market.

Pending Hoboken Condos

  • Sold Hoboken Studio Condos: 1 condo sold with a listing price of $499,000 and a sales price of $470,000. It was located at the Hudson Tea Building. 94 days on the market.
  • Sold Hoboken 1 Bedroom Condos: 24 condos sold an average listing price of $382,739 and an averages sales price of $364,141. . 138 days on the market.
  • Sold Hoboken 2 Bedroom Condos: 46 condos sold with an average listing price of $515,328 and an average sales price of 494,416. 110 days on the market.
  • Sold Hoboken 3+ Bedroom Condos: 6 condos sold with an average listing price of $859,258 and an average sales price of $804,333. 120 days on the market.

  • The W Hotel & Residences: 5 Active condos, 1 unit under contract, 0 units sold in the past 30 days.

Toll Brothers which represents Harborside Lofts, the Hudson Tea Building, and Maxwell Place does not place all of their condos in the Hudson County MLS for sale and does not report all of their sales through the MLS either.  Neither does the Applied Companies, the developer of the W Hotel in Hoboken.
