With May behind us, the Hoboken real estate market turns towards June and the start of summer 2009. Below is the Hoboken real estate market update for condominium units for sale. Data is compiled from the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service.
Active Hoboken Condos
- Currently there are 578 Active condos for sale in Hoboken with an average listing price of $577,105. Average days on market: 103 days
Since May 1, 2009, 160 new Active Hoboken condos came on the market for sale. The average asking price was $565,752.
Pending Hoboken Condos
- 136 condos with an average asking price of $631,986. Average days on market: 93 days.
Sold Hoboken Condos Since 5/1/09
- 46 condos closed in the past 30 days with an average list price of $543,875. The average sold price was $516,247. The average days on the market for a sold Hoboken condo was 96 days.
Expired Hoboken Condos
- These are Hoboken condos that were listed for sale with a Realtor and did not sell during the term of the listing agreement. There were a total of 46 Expired Hoboken condos in the past 30 days. The average listing price was $776,900 with an average of 174 days on the market.
****This data does not represent all of the Hoboken new construction condos that are currently for sale with Toll Brothers at the Harborside Lofts, Hudson Tea Building, and Maxwell Place. Toll Brothers places some, but not all of their current available inventory in the Hudson County MLS. Also, this data does not represent “For Sale by Owner” listings in Hoboken.
