As April ends and we turn towards May, below is the Hoboken condo market update effective May 1, 2009. These stats are just for condos for sale in Hoboken. Data is compiled from the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service.
Active Hoboken Condos
- Currently 559 condos for sale with average listing price of $588,984. Average days on market: 98 days
Since April 1, 2009, 159 new Active Hoboken condos came on the market. The average asking price during this period was $560,356.
Pending Hoboken Condos
- 116 condos with average asking price of $642,730. Average days on market: 98 days
Sold Hoboken Condos Since 4/1/09
- Since 4/1/09: 37 condos closed in past 30 days with average list price of $465,530. The average sold price was $446,151. Average days on market for a sold Hoboken condo was 92 days.
Expired Hoboken Condos
- These are properties which were listed for sale with a Realtor and did not sell during the period of the listing agreement. There were a total of 24 expired Hoboken condos in the past 30 days. The average list price of these units were $748,265 with an average of 164 days on the market.
