Below is the Weehawken real estate market update for condominium sales for November 2009. All information is gathered from the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service.

Active Weehawken Condos

  • There are 60 Active Weehawken condos for sale with an average listing price of $728,337. Average days on the market: 117 Days

Since October 21st (when this report was last published), 11 new Weehawken condos came on the market for sale with an average listing price of $661,109.

  • Active Weehawken Studio Condos: There are currently no studio condos for sale in Weehawken.
  • Active Weehawken 1 Bedroom Condos: 11 condos for sale with an average listing price of $393,390. 116 days on the market.
  • Active Weehawken 2 Bedroom Condos: 33 condos for sale with an average listing price of $604,368. 128 days on the market.
  • Active Weehawken 3+ Bedroom Condos: 16 condos for sale with an average listing price of $1,214,299. 94 days on the market.

Pending Weehawken Condos
