The Harborside Lofts in Hoboken

Toll Brothers has put under contract their last two remaining condos at the Harborside Lofts in Hoboken. This ends Toll’s 3 year quest to sell out the project. They still have units remaining at the Hudson Tea Building and have three other development sites in front of the Hudson Tea Building between 15th St. and Washington St. Time-lines for development on these sites have not been formally announced.

1500 Garden St. Unit #9G: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1910 sq.ft. asking price $1,499,995. Contract date: 11/17/09. Proposed closing date: 1/28/10.

Hoboken Cove

Nestled on the north side of Hoboken near the Weehawken boarder is a section of Hoboken called Hoboken Cove. In this area, the Hudson River extends west forming a cove. It is believed that Henry Hudson anchored his ship there in 1609 when he sailed down the River which was later named after him.

Currently there are two Hoboken condo buildings which are next to Hoboken Cove. They are the Hudson Tea Building & Harborside Lofts.
