The Harborside Lofts in Hoboken

Toll Brothers has put under contract their last two remaining condos at the Harborside Lofts in Hoboken. This ends Toll’s 3 year quest to sell out the project. They still have units remaining at the Hudson Tea Building and have three other development sites in front of the Hudson Tea Building between 15th St. and Washington St. Time-lines for development on these sites have not been formally announced.

Under Contract at the Harborside Lofts

1500 Garden St. Unit #9G: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1910 sq.ft. asking price $1,499,995. Contract date: 11/17/09. Proposed closing date: 1/28/10.

1500 Garden St. Unit #1F: 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, 1838 sq.ft. asking price $949,895. Contract date: 12/12/09. Proposed closing date not disclosed.

Once these units close & final sales prices are made public, I will update everyone on what these condos at the Harborside Lofts did sell for.
