Top 10 Best Addresses in Hudson County in April

There seems to be no end to the good news for Hudson County condo buyers, sellers, owners, and investors.

In our latest Hudson County condo market report, we saw that the average sales value for Hoboken condos is $718,288 (a 15% increase over April 2015) and the average sales value for Downtown Jersey City condos is $705,420 (a 13.9% increase over April 2015). Hudson County condo sellers are able to make a high return on their investment, as high demand and low supply leave little room for negotiation.
