Active Hoboken Condos
- There are 421 Active Hoboken condos for sale with an average listing price of $543,783. Average days on the market: 107 Days
Since December 1st, 85 new Hoboken condos came on the market for sale with an average listing price of $471,031.
- Active Hoboken Studio Condos: 19 condos for sale with an average listing price of $352,510. 114 days on the market.
- Active Hoboken 1 Bedroom Condos: 130 condos for sale with an average listing price of $376,614. 85 days on the market.
- Active Hoboken 2 Bedroom Condos: 223 condos for sale with an average listing price of $571,032. 112 days on the market.
- Active Hoboken 3+ Bedroom Condos: 49 condos for sale with an average listing price of $937,452. 139 days on the market.
Pending Hoboken Condos
- There are 101 Hoboken condos under contract waiting to close with an average listing price of $565,250. Average days on the market: 87 Days. Final sales prices of these units will not be published until they close.
- Pending Hoboken Studio Condos: 4 condos under contract with an average listing price of $291,974. 78 days on the market.

- 69 Hoboken condos sold between 12/1/09 & 12/31/09 with average listing price of $508,935. The average sales price of these sold Hoboken condos were $489,346. Average days on the market: 88 Days
- Sold Hoboken Studio Condos: 0 condos sold in December 2009.
- Sold Hoboken 1 Bedroom Condos: 25 condos sold an average listing price of $390,821 and an averages sales price of $372,800. 81 days on the market.
- Sold Hoboken 2 Bedroom Condos: 38 condos sold with an average listing price of $524,443 and an average sales price of $507,471. 79 days on the market.
- Sold Hoboken 3+ Bedroom Condos: 6 condos sold with an average listing price of $902,861 and an average sales price of $860,166. 168 days on the market.
Expired Hoboken Condos
- These are Hoboken condos which were on the market for sale and did not sell during the term of the listing agreement. 40 expired Hoboken condos came off of the market in the past 30 days with an average listing price of $583,609. Days on the market: 147 Days
Hoboken Waterfront Condo Update
- Harborside Lofts: 5 Active condos, 4 units under contract, 0 units sold since 12/1/09.
- Hudson Tea Building: 15 Active condos, 8 units under contract, 1 unit sold since 12/1/09.
- 2 Constitution Court: 3 Active condos, 2 units under contract, 2 units sold since 12/1/09.
- Maxwell Place: 8 Active condos, 4 units under contract, 2 units sold since 12/1/09.
- The W Hotel & Residences: 0 Active condos, 1 unit under contract, 0 units sold since 12/1/09.
****The above data may not reflect all of the units that may be available or that have sold in these Hoboken waterfront buildings. Toll Brothers which represents Harborside Lofts, the Hudson Tea Building, and Maxwell Place does not place all of their condos in the Hudson County MLS for sale and does not report all of their sales through the MLS either. Neither does the Applied Companies, the developer of the W Hotel in Hoboken.
