Since November 1st, 75 new Jersey City condos came on the market for sale with an average listing price of $561,416.

  • Active Downtown Jersey City Studio Condos: 7 condos for sale with an average listing price of $347,985. 120 days on the market.
  • Active Downtown Jersey City 1 Bedroom Condos: 108 condos for sale with an average listing price of $382,282. 100 days on the market.
