		<description>I walked by 1300 Park and saw the incentives you were referring to. Closing costs paid by seller, Free parking, free maintenance, Flat screen TV&#039;s and my personal favorite, a Vespa Scouter. I believe the developer is just trying to be creative and compete with other developers in the area. I&#039;m sure there is fine print associated with those incentives.</description>
